The MusclesForMe workout experience.


A 10-minute massage is included at the end of your one-hour MusclesForMe workout. It helps soothe your muscles and get you ready for the rest of the day.

You will receive your massage from a certified massage therapist with over 500 hours of training in various techniques, including Swedish, sports, deep tissue and Thai.

You can, of course, schedule a stand-alone therapeutic massage. It' s ideal if you' ve had a particularly stressful day or if you have an important meeting or project coming up.

Whether you choose a single massage or a package of several massage sessions, our qualified staff will relax and unwind your tired and tense muscles in a soothing environment.
