If you are a beginner
or just trying to refresh your routine, our class is ideal
for you!
Yoga will ease the rush and stress of modern life while building
physical strength and flexibility.
You'll
learn and improve classic Hatha postures and technique, while
building a calm, positive attitude. Classes will be enjoyed
in a private outdoor setting admist the calming effects of
the waterfalls in our tranquility garden.

While
the overall goal of yoga practices is to facilitate and awaken
spiritual awareness, there are also many documented physical
